Our custom foam letters are crafted from high-density polystyrene. These lightweight, moisture-resistant letters are perfect for indoor signs and temporary outdoor displays.
Precision Cutting and Customization
We use advanced cutting techniques with a CNC controlled hotwire to create your foam letters in various sizes and styles. Our high-quality polystyrene ensures a sturdy and long-lasting product. Please note that letters with openings (B, D, O, etc.) will have a thin cut through to the center.
Standing Foam Letters
Need your letters to stand? Our flat bottom modification allows for easy freestanding display by flattening a the bottom of rounded letters (O, U, etc.). Some unevenly balanced letters may need additional support (P, F, J, etc). Consider using double-sided mounting tape or leaning letters against a wall. Thicker letters will stand more easily.
Wall Mounted Foam Letters
Our foam letters are lightweight and easy to install with double-sided mounting tape or liquid silicone.
Painting Your Letters
We recommend using acrylic paint. The harsh solvents in spray paint will damage the foam material.
